Updates On My Hydroxycut Max Transformation Challenge
In January I kicked off a new goal with the challenge. I really wanted to see if I could push myself to my final destination of making that bikini I had always wanted to by summer. The challenge ran side by side with the goal I had set so it seemed like a logical fit.
Now February I am not seeing the scale move, but I am toning up quite a bit already. I came to an understanding several months ago that as long as I am seeing the results I have been hoping to achieve the scale is just a number!
My ability to lift has increased and it seems like I am stronger and stronger with every workout. On top of that I finally have my diet in control so I know that will pay off large dividends in itself.
I hope to be able to start seeing more tone in my midsection soon and have intensified my cardio after taking it back a couple notches over December and January. Now I am doing about an hour of cardio a day in the morning and trying to double up at least a couple times a week just to keep my system guessing.

Good job!!! You are right able the scale.. it will come down one day but don’t worry about it.. you are looking good!!!
