Christmas And The Diet Delimma
Ok so Christmas isn’t a horrible time of the year or anything but for some reason it has thrown my routine into a loop. Because of work and also added stressful projects I have fallen into a slump. I haven’t been able to go to the gym as much and well even though my diet hasn’t changed that much it has been on the short list of things which seem to be drifting away slowly.
Can’t the holiday just end already so I can get back on track instead of being under the gun with work on short deadlines???
While I haven’t gained any weight or fallen out of shape, it is inevitible that if this doesn’t find a way back to a norm soon it will happen so I need to find a way to jolt myself back on track!

I know what you mean! Too many last minute Christmas parties and end of the year deadlines that mess up the schedule. But we have to remember to enjoy the holiday too and try not to beat ourselves too much for it!

It’s so hard to stay on track during holidays! I totally understand. It’s amazing that you’ve kept up with your diet though. That is definitely a huge accomplishment during Christmas time. Way to go!
