Kicked Off Shoulders Today!
Today I began an official shoulder day! I had been doing limited shoulder exercises but since I lost weight had not a lot of definition in my shoulders. I don’t know about you but part of being balanced has to start with nice shoulders, so no longer did I want to have an ok frame and shoulders that just weren’t quite there.
One thing of concern, I noticed when I do some exercises my left shoulder pops, not painfully, just a cracking pop. Kinda crazy! When it started I lightened the weight and it still did it. It is like when you crack your knuckles so I don’t know if that is going to be a good or bad thing, guess only time will tell. No one else seemed to be concerned with it as it was not a painful experience.
Anyway, I think with this new core of shoulder exercises it will begin to really make the upper half of me come together the bicep and tricep exercises are already helping form shape to my upper body, so with this I think it will happen by December!
