It Isn’t About A Number Any More…
I thought I was going crazy, but I finally came to the understanding of why so many people say it isn’t about the number on the scale. Today I stepped on the scale and weighed more than my previous weight. However, I didn’t freak out, I was ok with it.
Facts of the matter are, my clothes fit better, I feel better and I am starting to see more results almost by the workout.
I never thought I would feel that way, always pretty insecure about my weight when I was younger and focusing so much on the numbers, then again when I expanded my waistline to my heaviest. The number and I were in a battle for a long time. But today we made peace and with that I think I have overcome a hurdle with myself.

Well part of that obviously is that with working out you build muscle and burn fat an oz of muscle is smaller than an oz of fat thus while your waist shrink for every little bit of muscle you retain and put on your weight might come down then start going up but that is a good thing as long as you enjoy the way you look and you clothes are fitting better and I’m sure you’ve noticed the compliments starting to poor in.

Makes since- I still weight myself but its more about how you feel than how you weigh
