Getting Discouraged
Friday, March 13th, 2009Ok so here it is, so it has been 2 months and 2 weeks to the day that I have been training. I am upset because I would think that I would have more definition and would be leaner. I know for a fact that I am getting stonger and I am pushing myself but I am just discouraged as all hell right now. I lift5 to 6 days a week, I do cardio at least 2 days out of the week and of course one day of rest. I am doing the protien shakes and small healthy meals, eating six times a day, one cheat meal a week, cutting out sugar and salt……ugh!!!! Help Me!!!!
