Ok so here it is, so it has been 2 months and 2 weeks to the day that I have been training. I am upset because I would think that I would have more definition and would be leaner. I know for a fact that I am getting stonger and I am pushing myself but I am just discouraged as all hell right now. I lift5 to 6 days a week, I do cardio at least 2 days out of the week and of course one day of rest. I am doing the protien shakes and small healthy meals, eating six times a day, one cheat meal a week, cutting out sugar and salt……ugh!!!! Help Me!!!!

So I start my third week this week. I can see some difference but I just need to be patient. I can’t expect alot but I feel great I must admit. I hope that I lost at least a couple lbs, I am gong to weight myself at the end of the week so that it will be a full 3 weeks. If not I know I am going to be a little upset but like my friends say don’t let the scale run you. Keep your fingers crossed for me! I will be posting picks this week!

So I started working out this week, I am writing down everything that I eat through out the day. I going to take this seriously this time. I have worked out alot in my day but would never diet. Then I would jump on the scale and wonder why I have not lost a pound. With some help from my friends I finally understood that I was working enough to maintain my weight not lose. So I took what they told me to heart and I have decided to change my habits for the better. Wish me luck!
