					<description>I do full body workouts, sort of, but it's best to stay with compound exercises to benefit the most.  And for many 90 min. is just too much when it comes to lifting. Try to keep your workouts to less than an hour at least with the weights and you'll find this may work better for you. Don't overdue it. Play safe. Del</description>

					<description>I struggle with the consistency diet thing. By Day Three I am ready to binge as well. Someone told me recently that the 4 seconds it takes to chew bad food is nothing compared to having a great body that you love 24-7. I never thought of it that way before !
