Mexican shmexican…..
So, I went out for a late lunch and totally screwed up. I did order a salad as an entree but I also had a handful of their homemade tortilla chips and salsa and for dessert I actually had sugar ;o( I had a little more then half a serving of caramel flan. This was on sunday and I am still paying for it today. I haven’t had sugar in months or that many carbs all at once and my stomach is still bloated. It is going down though since yesterday. This sucks…anyway, I went to the gym today….the full body is hard…I think I am going to rotate a split. Upper one day,lower the other. I found a new way to do squats and lunges. It’s in the new oxygen mag…you use a cable machine. Kicked my butt! I love them. So…tomorrow I am going super low carb just so I can get leaner faster. I am going to try to stay within 35-40 carbs…I am confused between that and counting calories…I don’t know which is better….it is really driving me nuts…..because I have already had 1145 calories and I haven’t had dinner. (think I will just have a nice salad). Maybe tomorrow I will be more balanced. Tons of cardio tomorrow though….
