Day Two….

Yesterday I did well. I went to the gym for an hour and a half and really pushed myself. I only did cardio but today I will hit the weights. My food intake wasn’t bad at all! 1545 in healthy calories. Today I am going to a fancy restaurant around three for a late lunch. Hopefully my going to the gym this morning to lift will pump my metabolism up a bit. I have already looked at the menu and I am pretty sure I know what I am going to order. Anyway, lets see if I can make it through the night without overeating. It kind of helps knowing that I will be typing in this blog and others can read it, so that is a motivation to stay on track. Also today is my first day on the full body workout, I hope it is better.

Here it is :

Bent over barbell rows

pull ups

seated cable rows

bench press

upright row

dumbbell press

dumbbell shoulder press

shrugs

squats

leg press

weighted lunge

sumo squat

alternate hammer curl

standing barbell curl

body weight dips

dumbbell tri ext

pushdowns hanging leg raises

weighted rope crunch

What do you think? Was thinking maybe two sets but heavy ones…..

its hard to say..a full body day would be too long for me. but you need to go try with 2 sets and if you dont feel anything tomorro.. mabey you should have 3..
how many days a week are you going?
    are how many reps??

    best of luck

I do full body workouts, sort of, but it’s best to stay with compound exercises to benefit the most. And for many 90 min. is just too much when it comes to lifting. Try to keep your workouts to less than an hour at least with the weights and you’ll find this may work better for you. Don’t overdue it. Play safe. Del
