Uggh, so i have been sick since last saturday. For a few days i felt like i was on deaths door. I decided to take the week off and im itching to get back in the gym. Irionically it came at a good time, i knew it was time for a week off of lifting but i couldnt decide when to do it. Another good thing that came out of it was that i was able to take a week off of some pwo supps. Im feeling better, tomorrow should be a great day, cant wait to get back in there and kill it.

Well ive been interested in trying kre alkalyn for some time and i finally bought some. I have been taking no shotgun along with white flood as my pre workout drink. I go back and forth every workout and mix 5 grams of creatine mono with white flood and use mono with my post workout shake. Im going to finish out my tub of shotgun and then start mixing the kre alkalyn in the white flood. I am excited to see if it lives up to the hype, we shall see……

Well this week so far has been a let down for me. I haven’t really gained any strength and ive been really fatigued. Im gonna finish out this week and then take next week off, my body could greatly use it. I guess thats what happens when you haven’t taken off in over three or four months. I dont know if it’s me but i hate taking a week off, i always feel like a slob if i dont hit the weights. I know its for the better, so i’ll see what happens.

I have been taking white flood for almost a week now and to be perfectly honest it hasnt had much of an effect on me. It seems like everyone on this forum swears by it. I have taken superpump and No shotgun and both were about 5 times bertter. Maybe i need to be on it a little longer to build up the effects? Any way we’ll see what happens
