SUPER SEPTEMBER
Hey everybody…I’m back, better than ever. My motivation is higher than ever and I’m hitting the gym hard. My diet has changed, but for the better (I hope). The low/no-carb thing was making me so tired I was losing motivation and feeling like crap every day. I wasn’t getting much of anything out of my workouts. I’m doing more of a spread with cards, fat & protein and feel much better. I’m also not taking in 1,000’s of calories like before. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still eating good, but not 3,500 calories a day. I’m closer to 2,000 per day now, watching my glycemic index along the way.
