Hey everybody…I’m back, better than ever. My motivation is higher than ever and I’m hitting the gym hard. My diet has changed, but for the better (I hope). The low/no-carb thing was making me so tired I was losing motivation and feeling like crap every day. I wasn’t getting much of anything out of my workouts. I’m doing more of a spread with cards, fat & protein and feel much better. I’m also not taking in 1,000’s of calories like before. Don’t get me wrong, I’m still eating good, but not 3,500 calories a day. I’m closer to 2,000 per day now, watching my glycemic index along the way.

Hi everybody. I apologize for not posting lately. I have had a bad July. My motivation has been low and finding the energy to lift has been tough, however, I have continued my cardio. I hope everyone is well. Please post your progress.

My brother has competed in 4 shows over the past 6 years, 2 recently. He’s a super heavyweight. He’s been a great inspiration to me. His shows have helped me to push myself and stay motivated. He’s 37, 6′0, 247.
