SaSqUaDgE Back Day

Hey everyone well I’m here in Kuwait right now and we been getting a couple days off which has been nice it helps to be able to set up a routine better. But I sleep during the day and lift during the night but tonight I was way pumped up to workout took my Animal pump and drank me a protein shake before which is Nitrocore24 which I’ve been loving so far. But before I get into detail on my workout I’m not sure what it is but I am not satisfied with the way my body is going I’ve been working my butt off really hard to get in shape but to me I don’t feel like I’m gaining much I can tell a little but that’s it but to my friends they say man your a big dude and blah blah Idk if I should believe them or not but who knows anyways tonight for back/bi’s.I’ve been bulking up im currently at 216-218lbs depending on the day and im gonna be bulking for few more months so I wanna get to a good 230lbs then cut down just in time for when I go home. I lift with my two buddys Joker and Mac they pretty good guys and strong but they don’t push me to my full potential but where working on that ha. But right when we hit the gym tonight booom walked into the door and started getting a headache out of no where not sure why but I pushed myself through the workout and my head still hurts ha but here is my workout for tonight.

Back

Warm up Wide Grip Pull Ups

4 Sets x 10 Reps

Bent Over Rows 45 Degree

5 Sets x 8-12 Reps

Got really heavy on these trying to work on Back thickness my back lacks very badly.

Wide Grip Pullsdowns

4 Sets x 10-12 Reps

Seated Close Grip Pulls

4 Sets x 12 Reps

Close Grip Pulldowns

4 Sets x 12 Reps

That was all I did for back tonight I’m trying to find what works best for me.

Biceps

Barbell Curls

4 Set  x 8-12 Reps

Superset

Hammer Curls

4 Sets x 8-12 Reps

Inclines Dumbell Curls

4 Sets x 12 Reps

Concentration Curls

4 Sets x 12 Reps

Felt really good pump after this workout but still same trying to figure out what works best for me.

Also I hit the treadmill for 20 mins tonight after my workout I usually do at a 4.0MPH Fat Burner

But I’m going to attach a picture to this thread of a back late spread pose I’m not very good at posing but let me know what you think.
