Diet Nutrition Help
I’m kinda new to bodybuilding I’ve been doing it for almost a year so I still take it to be new but my biggest problem is not the programs, but my diets and I can’t seem to understand it to well. I need help with designing a bulking diet to start if people could help it would be greatly appreciated or point me in the right direction of how to get my self going on a diet to boost mass. I need to know the calories carbs and proteins better and how to measure it all and how much I should get a day thanks.
