In the Beginning…

In the beginning God created.. No I’m just kidding. But this is going to let ya’ll know a little moer about me and what my goals are. Wil, I guess this is the most out ragious thing that I’ve ever done. My parents are very tradional and "Soutern" and thats that. But I played football in High School and the only reason that I played was really to workout and lift weights. That was the only thing that I was good at and I even beat all the seniors in squat when I was a Freahman!!! (and almost in bench too) I wasn’t any good at football, I was a "bench warmer" If you can call that a position of the team. I stoped in the 10th grade playing and started to take weight lifting class and got more into Art (majoring in it now!!!) I stoped compeletly in the Fall of last year (2005) and haven’t picked up a weight sence then. I just stated College and now started to go into the Gym and get up off my A$$ and get something done. But I’m doind everything behind my parents back and they don’t even know that I workout or anything. I stoped eating all junk food, Coke, all that "good" stuff. And they are asking me why are you drinking so much water and all that stuff (I telll them i got tired of Coke and stuff because I work at Hardee’s and drink that all the time). But sence I’ve been working out again I feel better and more motivated about everything (not just working out) But thats all until next time.

A vast majority of losing weight is obviously diet… And you’re definitely heading in the right direction with stopping the pop, that alone will make a difference, but don’t stop there :) IF you have any questions about nutrition or what to do just ask.. keep it up man.
