Monday-January 21, 2013-Great Workout Short Blog!
I did NOT sleep well last night. So I am going to get in the essentials for the blog today and then figure out something to eat, and get in the bed! LOL!
I did the same workout as on yesterday, but walked only 1-mile instead of two. I also ran my mile 2 seconds faster today (6:30). LOL!
I attacked the workout and it felt great. I got some great feedback and encouragement from one of my friends concerning the Transformation Contest and that really got me going. I will talk more about my plans for starting the contest in a later blog.
After I got in my usual morning routine and the workout, I got on the car and gave it a thorough washing and cleaning. I am amazed at how other family members borrow the car for extended periods of time, but don't clean it up after they use it! Anyway, I am taking it in for repairs on Wednesday. There is a recall on this particular model and it needs to be repaired quickly. So there went my day. Nevertheless, it has been a great day.

- Stretching Regimen
- 3 x 50 Quasi Sit-ups
- 3 x 50 Push-ups
- 3 x 50 Reverse Crunches
- 3 x 50 Crunches
- 3 x 50 Reverse Push-ups
- 3 x 50 Bodyweight Squats
- 3 x 50 Bodyweight Calf Raisers
- 3 x 15 Pull-ups
- 3 x 15 Chin-ups
- 3 x 15 Reverse Pull-ups (Head in FRONT of bar)
- 3 x 15 Hanging Leg Raises (Straight legs with chin-up grip)
- CARDIO:
- 1-mile walk
- 1-mile run (6:30)
