Today was the first day of my 2-week Intercycle. Today was a very light day. It consisted simply of a stretching session and a brisk 2-mile walk. It felt good to not have to concentrate on a "workout" today. I have spent a great deal of time working on the elements for Cycles 31 and 32. I downloaded videos for two of the newest elements to go into my workouts---Teagen Rose's ab workout and Funk Robert's Chest finisher. I will get those uploaded for those of you who might want to look at them. Both are fairly rigorous additions, but I believe that I am ready for them. I will make every effort to get the workout complete and posted within the next day or so. For my bodyspace friends, I will probably post in a blog as well as to the workout section of my page.
I also took some time to do some computer clean up. This old XP system is still chugging along, but I had to get rid of Google Chrome. The most recent updates have done nothing but slow my computer down. They insist on embedding Flash in the browser and it has done nothing but crash since the last update. It took me 30 minutes to get a YouTube video to play last night, which really slowed me down in working on the new cycles. I am trying Firefox right now and am happy that I am able to see a YouTube video play cleanly for the first time in months! LOL! I am praying that the book sells enough to get me a few things...including a new computer!
Tomorrow is the first Intercycle workout, which is simply stretching, a Tabata workout, 1-mile walk, and run (probably in place).
I certainly enjoyed the 64 degree high temperature for today! Tomorrow we are expecting some rain. I hope that everyone is having a most wonderful Sunday!
Here is what I did today:
