Well, it was a super leg day! I hit them pretty hard. Although, psychologically I may find the workout with the quad squats and squat thrusts the hardest. I actually believe that physically, today's leg workout is the hardest. I really concentrated on getting the form right on my 1-legged squats and calf raisers since it is the last leg workout in the cycle and for a while. I did lunges inside and outside. When I finished everything, I could NOT really feel my legs. Right now, the feeling is just starting to return and it is pain! LOL! Overall, I had a great leg workout and feel pretty good about how I am closing out Cycle 30. Tomorrow, I suspect will be a good ab workout with a mediocre 3-mile run after today's leg workout.
Today, there is just not much to report. I am a little tired, because, once again, I was up WAY past my bedtime. When the alarm went off at 5 o'clock this morning, I felt like CRAP and hit the snooze button a number of times before finally hauling my old butt out of bed. Luckily the dog waited for me to take him out, so there was nothing to clean up! LOL! I was going back to bed after completing my morning routine, but decided not to. I pushed through the morning routine, hit the legs, have had a good hot shower, and good clean meal and now it is NAP time. A reward for a job well done!
I am wishing you and yours a great HUMP DAY!
