This first week of 2013 has been a long one for me. I hit every workout this week and am glad for that. I also, however, had a full week of errands and chores for the folks. Today seemed long I guess because it was the end of the week and I suppose the cumulative impact of the workouts and all of the running around has taken its toll. Today was Mom's day out and she seemed to enjoy getting out of the house for a spell and for that I am happy. I am glad that it is about sundown and Sabbath rest. I am going to get in a good clean meal, a nap, and start my Intermittent fast for the next 24 hours.
The Tabata and Plyo workouts went very well today and I really concentrated hard on getting my legs moving during the Tabata cardio. I was out there in around 39 degree temperatures working up a sweat! LOL! It was a great workout. Anyway, this workout ends week 5 of my 30th 6-week cycle and I will be finishing up the cycle next week, beginning with Sunday's light workout.

Half-Burpees (20 seconds)*

Squat Jumps (20 seconds)
Air Pulls (20 seconds)
*10 second rest between each exercise
Complete 3 times for a total of 6 minutes
PLYOMETRICS & CARDIO:
3 x 20 Ankle Hop
3 x 20 Standing Jump
3 x 20 Jump To Box (Cement Block)
3 x 20 Jump From Box (Cement Block)
3 x (2 x 20) Lateral Step-Up
TABATA RUN (In Place):
Sprint-In place with high knees (20 seconds)
Walk-In place (10 seconds)
Complete 12 times for a total of 6 minutes
