Friday-December 7, 2012-Week 1 of Cycle 30 in the Books!
This has been one of the best first weeks of a new Cycle---EVER! Thank you all for the encouragement, kind words, feedback, personal messages, etc., etc. It really got me fired up to put in the work. Hopefully, I can continue transforming! LOL!
I am still a bit critical of my close-up shots. There is a lot of work to do, but I am ready and willing to do it.
Today I closed out the week with Tabata workouts and cardio, and plyometrics. The Tabata workout is essentially a full-body workout, and plyometrics works my legs, so the old wheels did not catch much of a break today! However, I am VERY happy that I finally got around to hitting the legs properly. The soreness continues to show me that I got in a great leg workout.
The only other concern is diet. I want don't do bulking, so my goal is to get and stay as lean as possible throughout the year. Over this past week, I have been more disciplined in my eating and it has shown. This weekend is another intermittent fast weekend, so I should continue to look cleaner and leaner over the next week.
Nothing much more left to report today! I am ready to begin my weekend a bit early! I am wishing you and yours the very best of weekends!
