Thursday-November 29, 2012-Second Tabata Day
Not very much to report on the workout front today. As I mentioned in yesterday's blog I did another Tabata day to allow my right shoulder more rest and healing time. In other words, I did the same workout as I did on yesterday. Interestingly enough, I had never put two Tabata days together and found that it was easier said than done. That, therefore, made it a good challenge for me. My right shoulder is feeling considerably better and I am looking forward to ending this Intercycle with a full bodyweight workout on tomorrow.
Cycle 30 will begin on this Sunday!

- Stretching Regimen
- TABATA WORKOUT:
- Half-Burpees (20 sec)
- Rest (10 sec)
- Push-ups (20 sec)
- Rest (10 sec)
- Jump Squats (20 sec)
- Rest (10 sec)
- Air Pulls (20 sec)
- Rest (10 sec)
- CARDIO-TABATA RUN (In place):
- Sprint in place with high knees (20 sec)
- Walk in place (10 sec)
- Repeat 12 Times for 6-minutes
