Monday-November 19, 2012-SLEEPY!
Today is another of those cloudy days that make you want to crawl back in bed under a bunch of covers and sleep! It did not help that I did not get to bed until after 10:00 last night. I have been watching "The Amazing Race," which does not come on until after the football games and "60 Minutes" are done. So instead of watching from 8:00-9:00 pm, the show will start at approximately 9:00 pm and run until 10:00 pm. One good thing is that the season is almost over. There are 5 teams left! I guess that is about 3-4 weeks worth of television. Tonight I will make sure that I am in the bed at 9:30!
I took a nap this morning before hitting the full bodyweight workout. Given that this is my intercycle, I have not been too concerned about being a little late with the workouts. This is a period of rest and recovery. So if I need another nap, so be it!
Next week I tighten things back up again.
The full bodyweight workout went very well. I am sure that I will have to increase reps at some point for the workout. My body seems to be getting acclimated to the workouts. I worked on good form for all of my exercises and really worked on keeping everything stretched out today. My arm and shoulder feel much better today. I ended the workout with a 1-mile walk and run. I have been keeping the runs at a leisurely pace. Today I did the 1-mile run in exactly 6:30.
Tomorrow is a Tabata day! I will turn up the heat a bit on the run. I could be doing more on that.

- 3 x 12 Hanging Leg Raises (Straight legged with Chin-up Grip)
- CARDIO:
- 1-Mile Walk
- 1-Mile Run (6:30)
