Friday-November 16, 2012-Friday Flatness
Today is the second day in a row that I returned to bed AFTER completing my morning routine and BEFORE getting in the light workout.
I am still feeling somewhat flat. I did get in the workout today between 1:00 and 2:15 pm. It was a good workout. I pushed, once again, pretty hard on all of my exercises, even with the still-sore abs! LOL!
The run was good and leisurely and I finished it 1 second later than the one I completed earlier this week---6:26 mile run for today.
I will work this weekend to get totally rested---especially mentally and be ready to have a great week next week. I am generally feeling BORED and in a rut. It happens occasionally. I also suspect it happens to many of us who spend a lot of time taking care of others. I will be over this in a few days. I can tell you, I certainly don't feel bad physically, but mentally, right now I just want to sleep. I will avail myself of the sleep and then next week work hard on getting everything back on track and ready for Cycle 30 to begin on next Sunday!

- 3 x 40 Bodyweight Calf Raisers
- 3 x 40 Reverse Push-ups
- 3 x 12 Pull-ups
- 3 x 12 Reverse Pull-ups
- 3 x 12 Chin-ups
- 3 x 12 Hanging Leg Raises (Straight legged with Chin-up Grip)
- CARDIO:
- 1-Mile Walk
- 1-Mile Run (6:26)
