I have been up since five this morning and it seems that, until I stopped to type this, I have been moving nonstop. My 2-week Intercycle began today after I finished up my morning routine and chores. Today I simply stretched and took a very vigorous 2-mile walk. After that, however, I got on my laundry (mostly old workout clothes! LOL! ) and went over my room, which I had neglected. In between those things, I also took a trip to the grocery and other stores to get some things that I needed! LOL! That is unusual! I am glad that I got these things done today. All the laundry is done and put away, fresh linen on the bed, etc., etc. I am now ready to have a great night's sleep and hit my all bodyweight workout on tomorrow. Tuesday, I will hit the Tabata workout, and will walk on Wednesday.
In the meantime, I will be working on Cycle 30 and hope to get that posted soon. Other than that, it is dinner time for me! I am ready to get in that first meal of the day! Everyone, enjoy the remainder of Sunday and the weekend!
