Friday-November 9, 2013-Light (Tabata) Workout #3
Today ends the last of my "light" workouts. My 2-week Intercycle starts on Sunday with a stretching session and 2-mile walk. Today's workout was not really that light. I decided, because of what I had scheduled today, to do my usual Friday Tabata workout and run. I hit the stretches, went outside for the Tabata workout and then immediately after that hit the 6-minute run. There is just no easy way to get through a Tabata workout. LOL! 
After the workout, I had to go out to run errands and then to the grocery store. I came home, put away all of the groceries, and took some really bad profile pictures.
Once that was done I fixed dinner for everyone. Now a brother is tired. I am glad that it is Friday and that I can get a good day of rest.
Hopefully, I can get Cycle 30 finalized and posted for you all to look at and offer suggestions on tomorrow night. Right now, I am about to get some rest.

- TABATA WORKOUT:
- Half-Burpees (20 sec)
- Rest (10 sec)
- Push-ups (20 sec)
- Rest (10 sec)
- Jump Squats (20 sec)
- Rest (10 sec)
- Air Pulls (20 sec)
- Rest (10 sec)
- CARDIO-TABATA RUN:
- Run (20 sec)
- Walk (10 sec)
- Repeat 12 Times for 6-minute
