Thursday-November 8-Light Workout #2
Today, I completed my second light workout. It was the same workout that I completed on yesterday. While the workouts are not terribly taxing, I find them useful in working on my form for all of my exercises. I have been paying special attention to my form on pull-ups, chin-ups and pull-ups. I also, as I do them, monitor how my right arm and shoulder are feeling. Thus far, everything has felt good. I will continue to monitor the arm and shoulder throughout the intercycle. My goal now is to begin doing military presses with dumbbells again during next cycle. If things continue to go well, I will work them into arm and shoulder day. I backed off the run today. I was actually feeling a little hungry from not eating that much on yesterday, so the energy was not where it needed to be for a very strong effort. I am, however, satisfied with today's 6:30 mile.
Today, we FINALLY got a full day of beautiful sunshine. What beautiful day! It is somewhat warmer here as well. By this weekend, we will actually have some temperatures near 70 before it cools off again! LOL!
Tomorrow I will do one more light workout and then get ready for my Intercycle workouts. Sunday is my stretching and walking day.
Have a most wonderful day!
