Sunday-July 25, 2010-Cycle 19 Begins
This afternoon after the 105 degree temperatures began to subside, I did my first planche training of Cycle 19. The tuck planches were scheduled to be trained at 50 seconds. I was able to do 2 at 51 seconds. I, however, lost concentration during the last one and fell out of it at 47 seconds. Nevertheless, it felt good to be working out again. This will be the cycle that I will hit the 60 second mark.
Everything felt pretty good. I'm going to make every effort this week to transition into earlier workouts in order to put more time into my writing and other projects. Anyway, there is not that much to report. I got off to a great star and am very happy to be back at it again.
