Not much to say today. Great workout. I hit the abs very hard today. I had a so-so run. 3-miles in 26:23. I probably was coasting and could have picked up the pace. Nevertheless, after one double workout this week to make up for tomorrow’s back workout, I guess I can loaf a little.
Tomorrow is a religious holy day for me. I will begin the last week of Cycle 13 (six weeks are gone AGAIN!) with planche training on Sunday. After that, I take a week off!
