I continue to work towards doing those planche push-ups. The progress is slow but steady. I had a good training session today. I also took a few progress pics today. I’m getting ready to go very LOW CARB for the week to see if I can work on bringing the back out some more. The chest continues to progress. LOL! One pec seems to be lagging
! The back, however, as the chest improves becomes the new focus. I look forward to feedback and suggestions. I also appreciate all of the great ratings and feedback that I’ve received over the past few weeks.
