Completed my planche push-up training, ab superset, and chest workout today. I was able to push my way through it in spite of the fact that I’m tired. I have not been able to just sit and/or get a really good night’s sleep for about a week. I decided that today, although there are some things that I want to do, I would take a nap. LOL!
Perhaps I’m getting old after all.
The workout was very good. The run was very slow today, but given the temperature outside, I will take it. I’m working legs on tomorrow and look forward to challenging them some more. Still trying to maintain a clean diet and shed more fat. We’ll see how it is going in the next progress pics.
I’m ready for that nap.
