Had a good arm and shoulder workout. Noticed, however, that the reps were definitely easier today. It is growing more imperative that I purchase heavier weights. I had a fun run out in the rain today. I’m amazed that I like to run in the rain. I wouldn’t have dreamed of doing that three years ago. I did, however, vow to myself that I would be consistent with my workouts and make no excuses for doing my cardio (rain, sleet, snow, whatever…like the postal service LOL
). Anyway, I hope that everyone is having a great day!
Today is my Mom’s birthday, so I’m about to put a few things on the grill!
