I had a very good ab workout today and, in spite of the heat and humidity, a very good two mile run today (15:00). Not much else going on except that I am somewhat tired. I’m looking forward to getting a little "me" time other than the workouts. LOL!
Need a glass of good wine, some good music, and a little peace. I’m looking forward to this weekend. I’ve declared Sunday—off-limits. I will be doing my paperwork for my job on tonight so as not to have any distractions. Maybe I will write on my book.

Andrew, I’ve told you there’s no such thing as "a very good two mile run". Maybe a "not miserable" 2 mile run…….LOL. Hope you get some downtime over the weekend. I’m slowly dropping BF. I’m Indiana Jones on a quest……..Raiders of The Lost Abs.
