					<description>Thanks Al, I've been meaning to stop by your page and give you major props on your progress. The two pics show that you are tightening up. As far as diet, I'm going to do a cutting diet in 1.5 weeks for one week to see how much I can burn. It is a tough diet because all carbs are gone! I won't be able to work out at full throttle (especially cardio) so I'm designing a lighter workout for the week.
