I burned the abs today, did my sprints, and agility drills. I have been loving my workouts lately!
I know, however, that in the next cycle I will have to step up the intensity and switch up some exercises. So, I’m enjoying it while I can. I’m off to Books-A-Million to do some paperwork, have a little coffee, and a sweet treat.
