Still trying to get back into the groove. I haven’t done any planche training this week. I completed my basic workouts and will add the planche training starting on next Sunday. I took my aunt out for a day of relaxation, shopping, and dinner (She comes down from Boston and helps to take care of my Grandmother six months out of the year). I just returned home a couple of hours, thus the late blog.
I completed a good chest and ab workout and a respectable 2 mile run—Finally (15:22). Tomorrow is leg day!
