I combined my missed Thursday workout and cardio with today’s planche training. It worked out great. I had a great, although not fast, run. I’m feeling better after last week’s devastating loss and am thankful that I am able to get out there and move.
I MUST ALSO SAY THANK YOU TO ALL OF MY BODYSPACE FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES WHO OFFERED THEIR CONDOLENCES AND ENCOURAGING WORDS. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE SUPPORT.
I also realized that this week marks the one year anniversary of working out. I am entering the last week of my 9th six-week cycle. I made it through rain, sleet, and snow. LOL!
Tomorrow is my shoulder and arm workout and chin-ups. I’m ready to go after it. Everybody, let’s have a great week of workouts!
