Got a late start today (I didn’t get enough sleep last night)! But better late than never. Once I got moving I had a very good chest and planche training session. I’m starting to feel better about the chest. I’m doing an extra set of push-ups in the morning and at night. I’m most excited about my 2-mile run. I finally got it under 16 minutes (15:44).
The weather is cold and wet, but I had a great workout! Hope all is well with my BS friends!
Here is what I did today:

3 x 25 Chest Press 3 x 25 Pec Flys
3 x 25 Push-ups 1 x 100 Reverse Crunch
1 x 100 Side Crunch 1 x 100 Crunch
1 x 100 Russian Twists
Tuck Planche: 6 x 12 seconds (With 2 minute rest between each)
Pseudo Push-ups:2 x 35(With 2 minute rest between each)3 x 10 Hanging Leg Raises 1 x 50 Push-ups (Using Exercise Ball) Cardio:
8 Agility Drills 8 x (2 x 40 yd) sprints 2 Mile run |

Good job for an old guy Andrew. I also am running on empty…..woke up around 2am & never really got back to sleep. Still made to the gym this morning (new pics in blog).
