I did my chest workout and really burned it good with the six sets of weighted push-ups. Hopefully, the results will begin to show soon. I did planche training and continue to be pleased with the results. I also did an abs superset with one set of exercises behind the other since I’m now doing chest on an "ab day." I used my pull-up bar and did hanging leg raises.
It was rainy and sloppy outside today, but I managed to get my hanging leg raises in and all of my cardio. I was able to bring the 2 miles in 15:58.
For whatever reason, I wasn’t able to get into a good running rhythm today. I was just glad to finish it.
I will try to get some new progress pictures up by Sunday. I thank everyone for their encouraging comments, picture ratings, etc. Keeps me motivated!

Tuck Planche: 6 x 10 seconds (2 minutes rest after each set)
Pseudo Push-ups:2 x 30 (2 minutes rest after each set)
Cardio: 8 x 25 Jumping Jacks 8 x 25 Windmills 8 Agility Drills 8 x (2 x 40 yd) sprints 2 Mile run |
