I continued my light workouts. Which in restrospect, don’t appear to be that light. LOL
I’m actually a little sore! I guess I’ve learned that I was probably packing too much into my chest and back workouts and not really focused on good form. Additionally, I probably didn’t have enough energy left to really do good workouts. As I mentioned yesterday, I will be amending my six-week workout to reflect what I’ve learned.
The planche training continues to go well! The arms continue to improve. Hopefully, the new workout scheme will allow them to get even stronger.
I will be taking down the bulk of my progress pictures in order to make way for new pictures. I am reformulating my goals for next year as well and will be posting a blog about barriers to change which may or may not interest some of you all.
Here is what I did today:
| 6 x 25 Bent Over Rows
6 x 25 lower back raises
3 x 10 Pull-ups Planche Push-up Training
6 x 10 second Tuck planche
(2 minute rest between sets)
Pseudo Push-ups 2 x 30 (2 minute rest between sets) Cardio: 1 Mile Power Walk |
