Today was my first day of a "light" week. I did a chest workout using differing types of push-ups. All push-ups were done with a 25 pound backpack on my back. This seems to help make them challenging. I concluded with a 1 mile power walk which surprisingly got me sweating!
It does seemed that I concentrated better on the exercises and I could feel the difference in my chest today. This has led me to work chest and back on separate days and to eliminate one day of ab training. I’m hoping with improved diet that I can get by on one day. If not, I will add an additional workout on Sunday. I will resume planche training on tomorrow.
