I got back on track today. I did my normal Friday workout and will use Sunday to make up my Thursday ab workout. I also did my planche training. Now that I am able to hold the position for approximately 12-14 seconds, I have begun working on the form. Today, I held the position six times for 10 seconds making sure that my arms were straight. As reported earlier, I need to build strength and endurance in the arms and the shoulders. I suspect I will work this position most of the new workout cycle. I will begin this cycle on the first full week of January. Next week, I’ve decided to spend time experimenting with chest and back exercises. I will also continue with the planche training. I will not do any cardio next week. Instead of taking the week completely off, I decided to go a little "lighter."

(SWISS BALL) 3 x 35 Chest Press 3 x 35 Pec Flys 3 x 35 Dead Lifts 3 x 35 Push-up Rows
3 x 35 Bridge Push-ups 3 x 35 Push-ups
3 x 10 Pull-ups
Planche Training:
Tuck Planche: 6 x 10 seconds with 2 minutes rest between each
Pseudo Push-ups: 2 x 30 (2 minute rest between each set)
Cardio: 3 Mile Run |
