Friday-November 21, 2008

This is just a repost of what I did on Friday. It appears that my Friday post disappeared. I was glad to get through the week. I finished strong. My run was 27:00 minutes (3 miles) in spite of the fact that it was very windy on Friday. Planche training continues to go well. I can now feel a detectable difference in my upper body strength. Next week is the last week I train the frog-stand. Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Here’s what I did on Friday:

Chest/Back 

6 x 50 Push-ups (WG)* 

6 x 50 Push-ups (CG)** 

  

6 x 25 Bent Over Rows 

6 x 25 lower back raises 

  

3 x 10 Pull-ups 

  

Frog Stand: 

3 x 1.0 minute with 2 minute rest between each

  

Pseudo Push-ups: 

1 x 35

  

  

 

Cardio

3 Mile Run 

  

  

*Wide Grip 

**Close Grip
