It’s good to be back
Monday, June 9th, 2008I’m baaack! So, anyone miss me? I doubt it but that’s ok. I’m sooo glad I took last month off but I’m all recuperated now so it’s time to get back to it. I’m looking forward to lifting again, and lifting heavy, I’m planning to work all summer to achieve those those strength gains that have been eluding me. I will break the 100lb barrier on bench and the 200lb barrier on the squat. I might even start sprinting again, it’s kind of sad that I missed doing all those sprint drills but I was amazed by how well it worked, especially my legs and glutes. And I will be buckling back down on my diet, I kind of let it slide for a few weeks. Anyhoo, time to get cracking!
