Sprint workout … the return
My workout this morning, I was back on the normal track for this:
10 minutes warmup
10 minutes for start drills
30 minutes for speed drills, 6 x 8 x 50m, 4 x 4 x 100m, 2 x 2 x 200m
15 cooldown jogging and stretching
Just a few days left to be all nervous and antsy, ahhh, what a feeling!
