Tug a what?
Greek week started yesterday with "Campus Beautification Day" and registrations/weigh-ins for the upcoming week’s events. Today was the tug-of-war competition. It’s your average every-day tug of war, where the losers get dumped into the mud pit, it’s a sight to behold. I admit, I was worried that I would still be sore from yesterday but thankfully my legs actually recovered quite well, I must be getting used to it. We managed to win our first two rounds, but we got clobbered in the semi’s and we lost in the consolation round. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed my free mud facials though, ever tasted mud? It doesn’t taste like chicken, but it’s all in good fun and we ended up with 7 points for the event. I’m participating in the ping-pong tournament tomorrow, but I’m cheering section only for the super splash and greek god/goddess contest. It’s fantastic!!!

Sounds Like your having a lot of fun this week. Don’t forget to change up your running workouts every so often. Just like in the weight room doing the same thing over and over only works for so long. fgood luck in the armwrestling. Remember that it’s a full body activity so make sure to leep your arm atraight and use your body and your shoulders to pull (lean in). Good luck!!!!!
