woohoo!
LAST DAY tomorrow of high school, ever! im so excited, plus i just got a job at the rec center i work out at (lotsa nice people) so that’ll be great for the summer. did tris and chest today, i actually am starting to feel that my tris are a bit more noticeable so that makes me happy. ill do some cardio tomorrow, here is the diet for today:
breakfast:
-oats w/ pb, banana, and soy milk
-1 scoop DE cafe mocha in water
snack:
-cottage cheese w/ some sugar snap peas
lunch:
-huge thing of leftovers: veggie stir fry w/ curry chicken and edamame
pre wo:
-small turkey sandwich on ezekiel whole grain english muffin
pwo:
-1 scoop DE cafe mocha in water
-1/4 cup dried plums
dinner:
-big salad w/ tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, etc. w/ a turkey burger added in
pre bed:
-greek yogurt w/ spoonful of cashew butter + 8 or so almonds

oooohh the greek yogurt w/ cashew butter sounds really good! I’ll have to try that sometime (I’ve never tried greek yogurt!) Anyway, you are looking awesome and have some great goals. Nutrition looks great! Horay for turkey burgers
