LAST DAY tomorrow of high school, ever! im so excited, plus i just got a job at the rec center i work out at (lotsa nice people) so that’ll be great for the summer. did tris and chest today, i actually am starting to feel that my tris are a bit more noticeable so that makes me happy. ill do some cardio tomorrow, here is the diet for today:
breakfast:
-oats w/ pb, banana, and soy milk
-1 scoop DE cafe mocha in water
snack:
-cottage cheese w/ some sugar snap peas
lunch:
-huge thing of leftovers: veggie stir fry w/ curry chicken and edamame
pre wo:
-small turkey sandwich on ezekiel whole grain english muffin
pwo:
-1 scoop DE cafe mocha in water
-1/4 cup dried plums
dinner:
-big salad w/ tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, etc. w/ a turkey burger added in
pre bed:
-greek yogurt w/ spoonful of cashew butter + 8 or so almonds

well school is almost over, and college is nearing. but im VERY excited. i’ve got prom this weekend which will be really fun, except ap exams are next week too lol. tomorrow is a pretty basic day, a bit crunched for workout time tho b/c of a mani and pedi appmt. meals look like:
6:45/7 am: ***e yogurt (13 g. protein whoa) + banana + peanut butter, soy milk on the side
9/9:15 am: la tortilla whole grain wrap w/ curry chicken breast
12 pm: small snack of some veggies w/ hummus before my pre wo meal
1 pm: ezekiel bread w/ ff tuna salad (has egg whites mixed in)
WORKOUT will be doing bi’s and back tomorrow
pwo: protein shake + dextrose
6 pm: big salad w/ chicken, chickpeas, italian dressing, etc.
9 pm: cottage cheese w/ almonds or almond butter or pb
saturday i’ll end up doing some cardio in the morning, then prom and then sunday will be PLENTY of homework + some time for tris and chest

so after spain i got home, of course got the stomach flu and lost 3 pounds. im much better now, back to working out and eating pretty clean like i like to. today was shoulders and abs day, did a quick 20 min. of cardio after. had some good food tho:
9:00 am - protein shake (banana + soymilk), natty pb on whole wheat ezekiel tortilla wrap
12:00 pm - tunafish sandwich w/ spinach on whole wheat ezekiel bread, veggies w/ hummus
3:00 pm - apple w/ turkey
5:00 pm - protein shake (just w/ water)
6:45 pm - big salad w/ chicken breast, italian dressing, baked sweet potato
9:00 pm - cottage cheese w/ almonds

well i’ve been working out hard, but im actually going to spain this friday to the next wednesday. im excited to hang out with my sister and just kinda take a break from regimented, clean eating and lifting. when i get back, it’ll be back on the plan!
