Lifting Stats
Ok I am completly stuck at my bench press weight I can not get past the 125lbs I do 2 sets of 12 and am hitting muscle failure at 12 reps then the third set I hit failure at 8reps then on my fourth set I can only get 1 rep in maybe so then I do a drop set of 12 reps at 110lbs for my fourth set I am getting frustrated and I don’t know how to get past 125 I don’t know if its something I am doing wrong or if my muscles just won’t grow I added a pre workout Superpump 250 and it still doesn’t help I have tried changig my diet I don’t know how to fix it If I go another month at 125 I will have to get a profesional to help me cause I will never make my goals unless I can get past this weigh is this common or is it just me
