Ok I am completly stuck at my bench press weight I can not get past the 125lbs I do 2 sets of 12 and am hitting muscle failure at 12 reps then the third set I hit failure at 8reps then on my fourth set I can only get 1 rep in maybe so then I do a drop set of 12 reps at 110lbs for my fourth set I am getting frustrated and I don’t know how to get past 125 I don’t know if its something I am doing wrong or if my muscles just won’t grow I added a pre workout Superpump 250 and it still doesn’t help I have tried changig my diet I don’t know how to fix it If I go another month at 125 I will have to get a profesional to help me cause I will never make my goals unless I can get past this weigh is this common or is it just me

Ok well this is my first blog i am relatively new to bodybuilding.com i joined a few of months ago after i started to work out because i was at a family reunion and everyone had commented on how fat i had gotten an i didn’t think it was bad but apparently i was wrong cause everyone noticed. the funny thing was my weight stayed the same as when i was playing football in college but i didn’t realize how out of shape i had gotten. I was never ripped with a six pack but i was very strong and in good shape but now not so much. So I started working out and aftr a few months i dropped some weight and started to notice a difference but i was loosing my ambition untill i joined this site and after seeing everyone on here and how great everyone looks and how supportive everyone is and friendly. It helped to get my ambition back and i am really notice a big difference. So I would like to thank everyone for the support and friendship and the helpfull tips on routines and supplements i have gotten from fellow members. So with the help and support of everyone on her i know i can reach my goals and have a great beach body for the summer for the first time in a real long time so i just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all of your help and support
