Self doubt
I am now less then 10 weeks out of my comp. I have been mentally doing so well, until today.
My training and nutrition is spot on and I and transforming nicely. So why am I getting cold feet? I thought I was over these self doubts, I guess not.
I think when things are stressful in your life it tends to make you see things differently when it comes to comp time.
Anyway after speaking to a good friend and getting things off my chest I am feeling much better. I am focused on my physique and I am determined to stand on stage in better condition then ever!
Self-doubt is not a weakness, it is just something we all go through and it is part of the transformation and the sport.
We get past it, and move on to better things.
